In the situtation that your orginate transmitter is faulty and the car must opened with the key, no problem, thanks to the servicebutton of the SNAPPER you can disarm your alarm.
We do NOT write into the Can Bus
The SNAPPER CAN BUS "read" all importend data (for ex. door passenger open) out of the CAN BUS. If other alarms write into the can bus, it is possible that you get problems with the electric of the car. Some car manufactors try to cancel your warranty. Also the can bus alarm can get malfunctions. Snapper CAN BUS alarms are READ ONLY devices and write never in the cars can bus.
In the case that your orginate remote transmitter do not work, battery empty, no problem you can enter a security code to switch your alarm.
K.I.S.S. is the short form for Keyless Immobilze Security System. Our Snapper CAN BUS alarm is also avaible with K.I.S.S. technologie! Together with these alarm you get also two extra remote transmitters. These works as standalone or together with your orginate transmitters. It could be programmed that you can disarm by our Snapper remotes only. Therefore the car is protected against transmitter copies or keyless signal repeater. The car can be unlocked, but the alarm can not disarmed by a professionell thief. Also manipulation or disarming by OBD diagnostic plug can not be done!
